🔹 According to the Office of Communications, Information and International Affairs of Imam Khomeini Airport City, the meeting lasted more than three hours, during which proposals received by the Steering Council Secretariat, as well as the proposed members nominated by the committees responsible for establishing and implementing the business units, were reviewed.
🔹 Subsequently, the Committee for Establishing and Implementing the Innovation and Knowledge-Based Economy Business presented a report on the measures undertaken and the findings from identifying the activities and processes of this business and outlined the various aspects of the planned activities in this area for the members of the Steering Council.
🔹 Following the presentation, the members of the Steering Council expressed their views, considerations and recommendations with the aim of completing and further developing the framework of the business, while appreciating the measures undertaken.
🔹 The Chairman of the Board and CEO of Imam Khomeini Airport City emphasized the importance and strategic position of the Innovation and Knowledge-Based Economy Business within the Airport City’s new operating model, stating: “The future of the Airport City and all scientific and development activities will be defined within this business.”
🔹 He also commended the measures undertaken by the Committee for Establishing and Implementing the business, describing the progress made in identifying its activities and processes as positive and expressing his appreciation for the committee members’ efforts.
🔹 The second meeting of the Steering Council for the Transformation of the Governance and Business Model of Imam Khomeini Airport City was held as part of the ongoing process of reviewing and establishing the businesses defined under the new governance model. Under this process, each Committee for Establishing and Implementing a Business is tasked with identifying and documenting the activities and processes related to its respective business, developing its implementation framework and development requirements and submitting them to the Steering Council for review and decision-making.
🔹 According to the established schedule, at upcoming Steering Council meetings, the activities and processes of other businesses within Imam Khomeini Airport City will also be presented and reviewed by their respective Committees for Establishing and Implementing the businesses.
