•    An online survey system is now available on the Imam Khomeini Airport City website, providing employees with an opportunity to share feedback, with the aim of improving the workplace environment and employee well-being. 
•    For convenient access, employees can scan the QR codes installed in elevators and staff welfare areas to access the survey website and submit their feedback.
•    According to the Office of Communications, Information and International Affairs of Imam Khomeini Airport City, Abbas Eskandari, Director General of the Airport City’s Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Office, has announced the launch of the online survey system for employees at the company’s headquarters. 
•    Eskandari explained that the system is designed to identify strengths and areas for improvement in the workplace environment and welfare facilities at the headquarters, with the aim of enhancing employee satisfaction.  
•    He added that QR codes have been installed at key locations throughout the building, including elevators and staff welfare areas, enabling employees to access the company’s survey website quickly and conveniently via their mobile phones and submit their feedback. 
•    Emphasizing the importance of maximum employee participation, Eskandari noted that the initiative is currently being implemented as a pilot project at the headquarters. The feedback collected will inform future decisions on improving the workplace environment and employee welfare facilities.
