If you have physical movement problems and need to get wheelchair services, you must apply when purchasing your ticket. In this case, airlines are obliged to provide wheelchair services to their passengers.

Wheelchair services can be provided to the passengers at the airport of origin and destination. If the passenger has a second or connection flight, the service is also provided to the passenger at the airport where the flight is connection. Therefore, these services should be purchased for the passenger on the ticket.

Wheelchair service is not just about providing a wheelchair device to passengers, it also includes a lift device on the airport runway, which is provided by airport service companies to passengers in need of this service. 

It should be noted that, it is possible to provide a wheelchair to the passenger after check-in and receiving the boarding pass.
