•    According to the Office of Communications, Information and International Affairs of Imam Khomeini Airport City, Mohammad Teyto, Director General of Human Resources and Support, announced the publication of the training calendar and stated that the 2026 training program has been developed by the Human Resources and Support Department with a targeted approach aimed at enhancing employees’ professional capabilities and addressing the company’s training needs.
•    He added that the calendar was prepared based on the company’s training guidelines, the results of its training needs assessment and its development priorities, and includes a range of training courses in general, specialized, managerial and professional development areas.
•    The Director General of Human Resources and Support of Imam Khomeini Airport City further stated that, in developing this year’s training programs, particular attention has been paid to employees’ job-specific and professional requirements, as well as areas such as the development of managerial competencies, modern governance, organizational transformation, airport development and the enhancement of professional knowledge and skills.
•    Teyto emphasized that human capital is the most important foundation for achieving organizational objectives, noting that the targeted and integrated implementation of training programs can play an effective role in enhancing productivity, improving employee performance, increasing service quality and achieving the strategic objectives of Imam Khomeini Airport City Company.
•    He expressed hope that, through the effective implementation of the 2026 Training Calendar and the active participation of employees, the development and empowerment of the Airport City’s human capital will progress at an accelerated pace.
