🔹 According to the Office of Communications, Information and International Affairs of Imam Khomeini Airport City, Mehdi Moradhaseli, Director General of Airport Electronic Systems at Imam Khomeini Airport City Company, delivered a specialized presentation at the inaugural Passenger Terminal Expo Asia 2026 (PTE Asia), held on September 23 and 24, 2026, at the Sands Expo & Convention Centre in Singapore.  
🔹 The event, held as one of the region’s new and important specialized gatherings for the airport industry, brought together senior airport executives, aviation authorities, technology specialists, international companies and professionals involved in passenger terminal development. Moradhaseli delivered his presentation in the Sustainability & Financial Strategy Theatre from 2:00 to 2:20 p.m., under the title “Airport Super App: Driving Passenger Experience and Revenue Growth,” addressing the role of an airport super app in enhancing passenger experience and driving airport revenue growth.
🔹 Focusing on the role of digital transformation and integrated smart solutions in passenger relationship management, enhancing service quality and the travel experience, delivering digital services and creating new revenue opportunities for airports, the presentation outlined Imam Khomeini Airport City’s approach to leveraging emerging technologies in its transition toward becoming a smart, passenger-centric airport. 
🔹 The presentation by the Imam Khomeini Airport City representative was featured alongside topics such as revenue-oriented terminal design, the transformation of non-aeronautical revenues, digital customer experience and smart passenger wayfinding and navigation solutions, highlighting its direct relevance to key current priorities in the airport industry.   
🔹 Ehsan Batebi, Board Member of Imam Khomeini Airport City Company, also joined the delegation and participated in the event’s specialized programs and related engagements.
🔹 Passenger Terminal Expo Asia is the first Asian edition of the international Passenger Terminal Expo brand, launched in Singapore in 2026 to provide a platform for knowledge exchange, the introduction of emerging technologies and the development of cooperation among airport industry executives and professionals. According to the organizers, in its first year, the event hosted more than 3,500 aviation industry professionals and over 200 specialized speakers.
🔹 This professional participation provided an opportunity to introduce Imam Khomeini Airport City’s technological capacities and approaches at the international level, share specialized expertise and create opportunities for engagement with airports, technology companies and international aviation industry stakeholders.
