The Civil Aviation Organization of Iran (CAO) has launched a security inspection at Imam Khomeini Airport City to assess security processes, requirements and procedures, with the participation of CAO inspectors and representatives of security agencies based at the airport.

The Chairman of the Board and CEO of Imam Khomeini Airport City announced the resumption of direct flights between Tehran and Tunis, marking the reinstatement of this international air route.
