The process of company registration in free trade zone:

Obtaining a certificate showing the nature of company business has been approved by airport city authority

Filing an application form in department for registration of companies and non-commercial entities.

Choosing a name for company in accordance with instructions

Obtaining a certificate showing the name chosen for company was approved

Furnishing documentation by applicant

Registration papers and evidences of the company/institution/branch along with any supplementary documents

Certified copy of birth certificate and identification card and a certified signature sample for all members

Power of attorney, if the registration procedures are to be done by way of proxy

Address and mailbox number

Entrusting at least 35% of the capital of company as evidenced by a bank certificate

If a member of the company is a legal entity, that member must furnish the documents along with an enactment of its board of directors

A notarized letter of commitment must be furnished as well

Documents are checked and considered by officers of company registration department

Documents are corrected, if necessary, and completed, and registration fees are to be paid by applicant through bank payment and payment slip to be handed

Registration certificate to be provided and notice of incorporation is drawn up to be publicized in official gazette and one set of all registered documents are to be provided to applicant by registration officer

Necessary recordings and registrations to be made by secretariat members in the incorporation/resolutions registry book of the company

Applian to undersign the registration books noting the acknowledgement that: “provisions registered are the same as documents’

Incorporation/resolutions notice of the company to be checked by head of company registration department before being notified to official gazette for publication.

Sending Incorporation/resolutions notice of the company by secretariat to official gazette for publication.
