A large portion of this zone is located within the Special Economic Zone, granting customs advantages, tax exemptions and export incentives to businesses. It plays a key role in supporting both air & land transportation and is designed to focus on supply chain services, warehousing, goods distribution and attracting logistics investments. Developed with the aim of supporting the supply chain, multimodal transport, warehousing and goods distribution. The Logistics Park offers ideal space for the establishment of international transport companies, cargo processing centers and smart logistics investment units. A key advantage of this park is its direct access to the airport as well as road and rail networks. Under the new development plan, medium and high-tech manufacturing centers are also being introduced to leverage the benefits of airport proximity, air transport access and the Special Economic Zone exemptions.
