• According to the Office of Communications, Information and International Affairs of Imam Khomeini Airport City, Mojtaba Akbari, Acting Deputy for Management Development and Resources of Imam Khomeini Airport City Company, referring to the first meeting of the committee, stated: “Continuous review of the organizational structure and management processes plays an important role in enhancing productivity, clarifying responsibilities and facilitating the company’s operational processes. This matter has therefore been placed firmly on the agenda.”
• He added: “During the committee’s first meeting, the existing organizational structure and framework of the company, along with related challenges, were reviewed. Committee members also discussed and exchanged views on the redefinition and allocation of offices and organizational units, with the aim of optimizing the distribution of duties and responsibilities.”
• Akbari continued: “Strengthening the company’s governance and management structure and reviewing modern organizational governance models based on up-to-date standards were also among the key topics discussed. Appropriate approaches in line with the Airport City’s missions and capacities were examined.”
• The Acting Deputy for Management Development and Resources of Imam Khomeini Airport City Company, emphasizing the need to align the organizational structure with development programs, stated: “The organizational structure should be designed and optimized in a way that not only responds to current needs, but also provides the necessary capacity to support the Airport City’s development and infrastructure projects.”
• He also announced that the committee’s meetings would continue on a regular basis, stating: “Meetings of the Management Structure and Organizational Technologies Committee will be held every two weeks to ensure the continuous review, refinement and updating of the organizational structure and the implementation of modern management technologies.”
• During the meeting, committee members emphasized the need to establish an agile, efficient structure aligned with the missions and development vision of Imam Khomeini Airport City.
