🔹 According to the Office of Communications, Information and International Affairs of Imam Khomeini Airport City, the first specialized meeting of the company’s Transformation Council on its governance and business model was held on Sunday, September 6, 2026, with the participation of Ramin Kashefazar, Chairman of the Board and CEO, members of the Board of Directors and a group of advisors and experts.  
🔹 During the meeting, the strategic policies and overall directions of the transformation plan were outlined, with an emphasis on the need to move beyond traditional management models toward a modern, agile and value-creating governance model. 
🔹 The CEO of Imam Khomeini Airport City also outlined the mandates and operating framework of the committees responsible for launching and establishing business units, emphasizing increased productivity, the development of economic and logistics activities, and the transformation of the Airport City’s existing capacities into sustainable economic opportunities.
🔹 The advisors and experts in attendance subsequently examined implementation challenges and proposed specialized solutions. A series of corrective measures and implementation processes were also agreed upon to advance the transformation initiative.
🔹 The meeting marked the beginning of the process of designing and implementing a transformation roadmap for governance and business at Imam Khomeini Airport City, aimed at streamlining structures, removing barriers and accelerating the economic development of the Airport City.
