همزمان با آغاز عملیات پروازهای اربعین، نماینده سازمان بازرسی کل کشور با استقرار در ترمینال سلام، "عمود صفر" شهر فرودگاهی امام خمینی(ره)، بر روند اجرای عملیات، کیفیت خدمات‌رسانی به زائران و رعایت حقوق مسافران نظارت می‌کند و این حضور تا پایان عملیات اربعین ادامه خواهد داشت.

تعداد کل زائرین در این بازه زمانی حدود ۱۱۵ هزار نفر بوده است که حدود ۱۷ هزار زائر به بغداد و حدود ۹۸ هزار نفر زائر به مقصد نجف اعزام و پذیرش شده اند.

هدف از برگزاری این دوره‌ها، آشنایی دقیق‌تر همکاران با رویکردهای نوین مالی، شفاف‌سازی هزینه‌ها و ارتقای بهره‌وری در تخصیص منابع سازمانی بوده است.

نشست تخصصی بررسی و ارائه طرح پژوهشی الگوی اداره شهر فرودگاهی امام خمینی(ره) با حضور معاون امور اقتصادی و سرمایه‌گذاری و مدیران این حوزه برگزار شد تا با اتکا به الگوهای موفق جهانی، نظام حکمرانی و فرآیندهای مدیریتی این مجموعه ارتقا یابد.

چالش‌های حقوقی و قراردادی شرکت‌های سرمایه‌گذار، احصای موانع عملیاتی پیش‌روی پروژه‌ها و ارائه پیشنهادات و راهکارها جهت تسریع در پیشرفت فیزیکی پروژه‌ها مورد بحث و تبادل نظر قرار گرفت.

همزمان با آغاز عملیات پروازی اربعین حسینی ۱۴۰۵، پاویون عمود صفر در ترمینال سلام شهر فرودگاهی امام خمینی(ره) فعالیت خود را آغاز کرد و در روزهای نخست با استقبال گسترده شخصیت‌های سیاسی، مذهبی، فرهنگی، هنری و جمعی از مسئولان و نخبگان کشور روبه‌رو شد.
