Customs regulations for departure passengers 

  • It is allowed to carry personal jewelry up to 150 grams per passenger from all kinds of gold, silver and platinum artefacts.
  • Passengers are allowed to carry silver containers and artefacts (except jewelry) up to 3 kilograms, provided that these containers are not considered historical and cultural artifacts.
  • Foreign currency, bank documents and nameless securities are allowed to carry for each passenger up to a total of 5 thousand Euros or its equivalent in other currencies, and the extra amount must be declared to the customs and follow the relevant protocols. Also, up to 5 million tomans is allowed.
  • It is allowed to carry caviar up to 125 grams per passenger with a fishery license.
  • It is allowed to carry saffron up to 150 grams per passenger.
  • It is allowed to carry hand-woven carpets up to 24 square meters. (The countries of Iraq, Saudi Arabia and Syria are prohibited).
  • It is forbidden to take any gold coins out of the country.
  • It is allowed to export Iranian goods in any amount provided that it does not have a commercial aspect (The goods must not be for sale).
  • Since, according to the law, taking out of goods for repair or completion is subject to customs protocols, therefore, before leaving the country, the status must be declared to the customs.
  • Carry professional tools and equipment with the passenger on the intention of returning the goods is subject to prior declaration and approval by the customs. To facilitate the return of professional instruments and equipment (audio, music, camera and..), the specifications and serial number of the goods shall be declared to customs so as not to be subject to the entry of foreign goods upon return to the country.


List of prohibited pharmaceutical goods when traveling to Central Asian countries:
The entry of the following medicines during travel to Central Asian countries is prohibited by the customs of these countries and subject to heavy fines, so passengers are asked to refrain from carrying such medicines during travel to Central Asian countries even for personal use.

Recommendations:

  • Avoid receiving other people's goods because any legal responsibility is yours and if any customs violations are discovered, you must be held accountable.
  • Travel as lightly as possible to reduce the delivery time and allow customs clearance to be completed in the shortest possible time.
  • Avoid buying foreign goods to protect domestic industries and production and reduce unemployment.
  • Avoid buying heavy and high-value goods such as television and...., it is better to buy such goods from within the country in order to avoid shipping costs and entry fees, which have warranty and after-sales service, consider that you only have an exemption of 80 $.
  • Carefully read the statements submitted by Customs and choose green or red routes according to their contents.
  • When you leave the country, if you are sick and have medicine with you, you must have a prescription because the laws of countries are different and it is a crime to have some medicine in those countries.
  • Remember, industrial and technical components , raw materials for factories and manufacturing and research units , medical centers and passengers cannot be cleared.

List of Prohibited Security Goods and Objects

In order to ensure the safety of flights and the well-being of respected passengers, it is forbidden to carry the following items inside the plane, so in order to speed up the inspection, please deliver the mentioned items to the cargo area or prohibited items unit.

  • Types of firearms include: military weapons - hunting rifles - shotguns
  • Toy weapons similar to real weapons
  • Types of cold weapons include: Sword - daggers – trench knives - all types of knives - carpet cutting blades -surgical blades - scissors - brass knuckles and other similar objects
  • Types of ammunition include: cartridges - grenades - explosive items such as TNT- C4 - dynamite - blasting caps - combustible items - incendiary explosive powder
  • Types of sprays include: tear ,pepper , toxic and anesthetic gas
  • Fast-flammable materials include: gasoline - liquid gas capsules

 


مقررات گمرکي مسافرين ورودی

  • ورود ارز، اسناد بانکی و اوراق بهادار بی نام برای هر مسافر مجموعا تا سقف 10 هزار یورو یا معادل آن به سایر ارزها مجاز بوده و مازاد بر آن باید ضمن اظهار به گمرک و رعایت تشریفات مربوطه اقدامات بانکی آن صورت پذیرد.

  • ورود زیورآلات ساخته شده از طلا و نقره و پلاتین همراه مسافر از قبیل گردنبند، دستبند،گوشواره ؛ انگشتر، النگو و ... برای مصارف شخصی به صورت واحد (از هر کدام یک عدد و در مورد گوشواره یک جفت و النگو شش عدد) در مجموع حداکثر تا میزان 150 گرم مجاز خواهد بود و مازاد بر آن نیاز به کسب مجوز از بانک مرکزی دارد.

  • ورود حیوانات و پرندگان وحشی و غیره منوط به ارائه گواهی از سازمان‌های مرتبط با کشور مبداء، گواهی بهداشت و تاییدیه سازمان حفاظت محیط زیست ایران خواهد بود.
     طبق قانون ورود سگ و گربه ممنوع است و حیوانات و پرندگان اهلی و غیر آنها منوط به ارائه گواهی بهداشت از کشور مبدا و تاییدیه سازمان دامپزشکی با در نظر گرفتن مقررات قانونی کشور است. (قرنطینه حیوانی)

  • طبق ماده 122 قانون امورگمرکی ورود پرنده‌های کنترلی (از جمله هلی کوپتر وکواد کوپترها و...) مشمول اخذ مجوز قانونی است و چنانچه افراد در زمان خروج از کشور این وسیله را به همراه دارند می‌بایست مراتب را به گمرک اعلام نمایند .

  • ورود دارو و هرگونه مکمل غذایی مشمول اخذ مجوزهای قانونی از قبیل وزارت بهداشت، بعلاوه حقوق ورودی یا انجام تشریفات تجاری می‌گردد.

  •  ورود سیگار برای هر نفر مسافر به میزان یک باکس معادل 200 نخ یا 50 عدد سیگار برگ مجاز است. میزان مجاز تنباکو برای هر مسافر 250 گرم است.

    اسلحه سرد و گرم و مواد محترقه و منفجره
     مواد مخدر
    نشريات، تصاوير، فيلم، عکس و هر کالايي که مغاير شئونات مذهبي و ملي کشور باشد.
      هر نوع نوشته مخالف مذهب رسمي کشور و يا مخل نظم و عفت عمومي و شئون ملي
    اشیای عتیقه و کلیه کالاهایی که جنبه میراث فرهنگی دارد.
    واردات و بهره‌برداری از پهپادها ممنوع و مستلزم اخذ مجوزهای مربوطه است.
    و سایر کالاهايي که منع شرعي و قانوني دارند.
